Submit a complaint

If you are unhappy with OpenMerchant, tell us. Submit a complaint in any of these ways:

• Use the form on this page and choose Complaint as the topic.
• Email support@openmerchant.dev with “Complaint” in the subject.
• If you can sign in, use the Support page in your dashboard.

What to include

• Your name, and the email address on your OpenMerchant account if you have one
• Your business name, if you have one
• What happened, with dates, amounts, and any reference numbers
• What you would like us to do

Never send full card numbers, passwords, or one-time codes.

We review every complaint and respond to you.
