Yes — and the numbers are real counts, not estimates. Because assistants query OpenMerchant directly for prices and stock, every lookup registers on our servers. Your dashboard shows how often ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini show each product, for which questions, and which of those turned into sales. It is a discovery channel: shoppers who never typed your name still get shown your product when it is the right answer, and you can see which questions earn you that placement.
Nothing. OpenMerchant reads your existing site and handles the technical side on your behalf. Your checkout, payment provider, and order system stay exactly as they are.
